Excellent, particularly good location in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, right by a lovely promenade and choice of good restaurants, and La Isleta nature reserve further north. A balcony and a safe available in the twin room.

I stayed at Hotel Matilde for two weeks and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and offered a great view of the Port and Park. As an asthma sufferer, I appreciated the medical cleanliness of the hotel. They also positioned our room near the lift to accommodate my wife on crutches. The hotel was secure, with a guard ensuring only guests entered. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to family visiting Gran Canaria.

Good small and modern place to stay 1 mile away from The Room. Large room with magnificent views over the park. The bed is big and the location is favourable and magnificent. Best, efficient staff, hot breakfast.

The rooms are new-fashioned and neat plus have essentials you need. The staff is fabulously friendly and amicable. Plus, the location is excellent and lovely, minutes from a lively waterfront park.

hotel overlooked garden and the room was a nice size. the staff were very friendly and amazingly attentive too. the breakfast was rich with a huge variety of food, everybody can choose. the location was ideal, close to mercado del puerto. there was a lovely restaurant, a mall and a market next door. it was as expected, had a luxury stay on holidays.

The local staff was superfriendly and incredibly kind. Neat and nicely furnished rooms with great views and excellent service - just as we expected. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with perfectly baked tomatoes and perfect freshly baked bread served while still warm, for instance, exactly what we required.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to the beach and right near a bus route to get into the old town. Plus, it's conveniently situated opposite with an excellent cafe where you can grab a quick bite. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making sure all your needs are met. The rooms are well-maintained and come with basic amenities, with some even offering a balcony overlooking the park opposite. Lastly, the breakfast is delightful with a beautiful view of the city, serving English meals to satisfy any appetite.

This was my luxurious stay on holidays. I loved the hotel, everything was modern here. The staff were amazingly attentive and very amiable. The rooms were a nice size here with views of the port, the sofas, as example. The breakfast was savoury and rich with English meals:)))

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you need. I loved having a balcony overlooking the park opposite, it was such a nice touch. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to the Las Canteras beach and just a short walk away from the city center. The breakfast was delicious, and the view of the city from the breakfast area was simply beautiful.
